I. Overview
The GFYH-12 indoor metal fully-enclosed high-voltage cabinet produced by Shanghai Xinyang Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor unit, which is specially used for the voltage transformer at the exit of the generator. It is generally arranged in a small generator terminal room of which the position is restricted. This cabinet can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 and other standards.
2. Operating Ambient Conditions
(1) Ambient Air Temperature: Upper limit +40°C, lower limit -10°C
(2) Altitude: 1000m
(3) Humidity: Relative humidity: The daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%.
Steam Pressure: The daily average is not more than 2.2kpa.
The monthly average value is not more than 1.8kpa. When the temperature drops suddenly, condensation may occur, with contaminants. This product is suitable for the following two conditions that are more severe than normal conditions.
(a) Infrequent condensation (no more than twice per month on average) with mild contamination.
(b) Condensation does not occur in general (no more than twice per year on average) with more serious contamination.
(4) There are no fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, gas enough to corrode metal and destroy insulation, or other harsh conditions.
(5) Locations with no severe vibration or bumps and vertical inclination not exceeding 8°.
Note: *Allow storage at -30°C.
* When the altitude exceeds 1000m, handle according to JB/Z102 “Technical Requirements for Use of High-Voltage Electrical Apparatus at Altitude Areas”; when the altitude does not exceed 2000m, the low-voltage auxiliary equipment does not need to take any measures.
* When the actual use conditions are different from the above, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate with each other.

2. Voltage Transformer Technical Parameters
It is provided according to the parameters determined in the user’s ordering contract.
4. Switch Cabinet Structure Description
The housing of the switch cabinet is bolted by aluminum-zinc plates, and the protection class of the switch cabinet housing is IP4X. The switch cabinet can be installed against wall, with an openable door on the front, when the disconnect switch is opened, the high voltage fuses and voltage transformers can be replaced in the maintenance isolation room. Simple and effective locking device on the door can prevent misoperation and ensure safe maintenance.
1. Housing and partition
The housing of the switch cabinet is made of high-quality imported aluminum-zinc plates that are bolted after being processed by CNC machine tools. Therefore, the assembled switch cabinet can maintain its unity in size. It has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation effects and has higher mechanical strength than the equivalent steel plate.
2. Switch Cabinet Compartment
Busbar and Disconnector Room:
The busbar can pass from one switch cabinet to another switch cabinet. After the disconnector is opened, the static contacts of the busbar and the disconnector are still in the electrified state, so the maintenance baffle is installed.
Maintenance Isolation Room: When the disconnector switch is opened, the fuses and voltage transformers in the maintenance room are in a state of no power and can be safely repaired.
3. Grounding Device
A 8×40mm grounding copper bar is set up in the cabinet separately. This bar can run through the adjacent cabinet and is in good contact with the cabinet. This ground bar is used for the components that are directly grounded, and at the same time, the whole cabinet is bolted by aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates, so that the entire cabinet is in a good grounding state and can ensure the safety of operating operators when touching the cabinet.
